Coaching engagements typically consist of 60-minute sessions every 2 weeks, although alternative arrangements may be discussed to accommodate a client’s goals.

Clients may choose to be coached by video or phone call. NYC-based clients may opt for in-person coaching for an additional $35 fee per session to cover travel time and costs.

Clients outside the U.S. are coached over video call.
